    Oscillyzer

Oscillyzer is a cloud-based app that uses patented algorithms to analyze stereo-EEGand subdural EEG data to detect high frequency oscillations (HFOs).

    Frequently Asked Questions

Oscillyzer is Biormika’s cloud-based software designed to detect and visualize high-frequency oscillations (HFOs) from stereo-EEG and subdural EEG recordings. It simplifies complex EEG analysis from hundreds of channels of data in your files and provides clear, actionable insights within minutes.

HFOs are short bursts of brain activity that serve as biomarkers for epileptic seizures. Detecting these signals can help identify seizure onset zones, guide surgical planning, predict surgical outcomes, and support research into epilepsy, memory, cognition, and other neurological disorders.

Oscillyzer supports stereo-EEG and subdural EEG recordings, providing powerful HFO detection and visualization tools.

Oscillyzer supports EDF and EDF+ file formats, the universal, vendor-independent standards for EEG recordings.

No. There is no limit on the number of analyses you can perform or the number of times you can review graphical results or download reports.

No. Oscillyzer runs entirely in your browser on a secure cloud platform, so no software installation is required. Just upload your EEG file, set parameters, and start analysis.

Currently, your uploaded files, analysis results, and reports will be available on the Oscillyzer cloud platform for 7 days from the date of analysis, after which they will be automatically deleted. However, you have the option of downloading and saving reports on your local device.

Yes. As Oscillyzer runs on a cloud platform, any future updates to the product and service will be immediately made available to you as part of your service agreement. You will always be able to use the latest version of our product when you login.

It is simple. Oscillyzer uses “Credits” on its platform as the payment method for utilizing its cloud-based service to process data. As there is no software to purchase, there is no large upfront cost for you to use Oscillyzer. However, your account needs to have a certain number of Credits to process a file, which also includes access to graphical display of results and summary reports. Currently, 2 credits are required to perform one analysis. These Credits can be purchased as needed or automatically added to your account through a monthly subscription.

Biormika is currently offering a “Free Trial” of Oscillyzer to new users who sign up on the biormika.com website. This “Free Trial” is open to users worldwide. After verification of your registration, your account will be automatically updated to reflect 10 credits, which will be available upon login. Currently, each analysis requires 2 credits, so the “Free Trial” can be used for up to 5 analyses on the same file or different files.

Oscillyzer is currently available only as a “Free Trial”. The platform is set up to offer both Pay per Use and Subscription options with no long-term commitment requirement. Details on pricing will be available in the near future.
