Oscillyzer™ is Biormika’s cloud-based app designed to detect and visualize high frequency oscillations (HFOs) from intracranial EEG recordings such as stereo-EEG and subdural EEG. It performs complex EEG analysis from multiple channels of data in your files and provides clear, actionable insights within minutes.

HFOs are short bursts of brain electrical activity that serve as biomarkers for epileptic seizures. Detecting these signals can help identify seizure onset zones, guide surgical planning, predict surgical outcomes, and support research in epilepsy, memory, cognition, and other neurological disorders.

Oscillyzer™ – TFP is a companion app to Biormika’s Oscillyzer™ app that allows you to visualize high-frequency oscillations (HFOs) from intracranial EEG recordings in the frequency domain using time-frequency plots (TFP) and power spectral density (PSD) plots.

Oscillyzer™ – Reports is a companion app to Biormika’s Oscillyzer™ app that allows you to see the reports and images generated by Oscillyzer™, Oscillyzer™ – TFP, and Oscillyzer™ – Reports.

Currently, Oscillyzer™ supports analysis and visualization of intracranial EEG recordings such as stereo-EEG and subdural EEG for detecting and characterizing HFOs.

StreamEEG™ is Biormika’s cloud-based app for rapid streaming and review of EEG recordings. It provides the standard features for EEG review such as adjustable filters, gain, and window length, montage selection, navigation control including autoscroll, and annotation ability.
