What pricing options does Biormika offer?
Biormika offers four pricing options: Free, Pay Per Use, Professional, and Enterprise. Each plan is designed to support different research needs, from individual users to large institutions.
How can I get free Credits?
When you create an account for the first time with Biormika, you will receive 4 free Credits automatically. You can use these Credits to analyze your files for HFOs using Oscillyzer™ and its companion apps. You can also review your EEG using StreamEEG™ app.
How does the Free Tier plan work?
When you create an account for the first time with Biormika, you will receive 4 free Credits automatically and you will be placed on the Free Tier plan. The Free plan includes 2 credits that are automatically added free of cost each month. You can use these Credits to analyze your EEG files using Oscillyzer™.
How many credits are required for an HFO analysis?
Each HFO analysis on Oscillyzer™ requires 2 Credits but visualization of results and reports in Oscillyzer™ – TFP and Oscillyzer™– Reports and review of EEG in StreamEEG™ are free.
Do unused credits in the Professional Tier roll over to the next month?
No. Professional Tier Credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over to the next month.
Do Pay Per Use Credits expire?
Yes. Pay Per Use Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire. However, any additional purchase will extend the validity of all Pay per Use Credits to 12 months after the date of last purchase.
Is there a limit to the number of Credits I can have in my account?
Yes. The maximum number of Credits you can hold in your account at any time depends on your subscription Tier. Details are included under each subscription Tier.
Do I need to use my credit card to sign up for my account?
No. When you sign up for the first time, you will be placed on the Free Tier subscription. You do not need to provide a payment method such as a credit card for this.
Is my payment method stored on the Biormika website?
If you have a Pay per Use Tier subscription, you have the option of storing your payment method for future use as a convenience. If you have a Professional Tier subscription, we will store your payment method and use it for billing each month. If you have Enterprise Tier subscription, you have the option of storing your payment method for future use as a convenience. Note that your payment method and transactions are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
What happens when my Credits expire?
Expired Credits are permanently removed and cannot be restored. Additional Credits can be obtained by renewing your subscription or purchasing more Credits.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan from Free Tier to Professional or Enterprise Tier, from Pay per Use Tier to Professional or Enterprise Tier, or from Professional Tier to Enterprise Tier.
Can I cancel my Professional Tier subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Professional Tier subscription before it auto-renews. After you cancel, you can continue to enjoy your Professional Tier benefits until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free Tier plan and will remain active.
What is Enterprise Tier subscription?
Enterprise Tier subscription allows multiple users in a group to access the same shareable pool of Credits to use Biormika’s offerings. The negotiated number of Credits will be automatically added each billing cycle. Monthly Credits accumulate in the account for the entire 12 months of the subscription period, after which any unused Credits will expire.
Can I sign up for Enterprise Tier subscription online?
Do I need a long-term commitment to use Biormika Platform?
Yes and no. Professional Tier subscriptions are billed monthly but can be cancelled at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged as of the next billing cycle. Note that there is no refund for any unused Credits. Enterprise plans are billed annually under a custom agreement and require a 12-month commitment and upfront payment.
Can I get a refund for unused Credits after I cancel my subscription?
No. Unused or expired Credits are non-refundable.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account. This action will permanently delete your files and remove your access to Biormika Platform. This action cannot be undone. You will have to create a new account to regain access to Biormika Platform.
